📜 Official Game Rules

 

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals who meet the app’s age and residency requirements, subject to applicable local laws.

• Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. How to Enter

• Users must be active subscribers of the app.

• Upon subscription, users receive 7 artist cards.

• Each game week, users select and publish a lineup of 5 artists, including 1 captain, between Sunday and Thursday night.

 

3. Game Week Schedule

• Game Week is open from Sunday evening until Thursday night.

• Game Week is closed from Friday through Sunday (no changes can be made).

• Results: Calculated with a 2-week delay based on real-world music statistics. For example:

  • Game Week 1 lineup → results released in Game Week 3 (Tuesday/Wednesday)

 

4. Scoring

• Scores are determined solely by the app based on music performance data from external sources.

• Scoring rules may be updated from time to time and will be applied equally to all participants.

• Each fictional artist in the game is associated with 1 or more real artists in the music business. While we never disclose this association, the users can try to guess and build a strategy around the game.

5. Prizes

• After results are released, the top 3 users with the highest scores for that game week each receive 1 new artist card as a prize.

• Prizes are digital (virtual cards) and have no cash value.

• Prizes are delivered within the app and can be unlocked via the “Prizes” screen, after which they become part of the user’s deck.

6. Season & Pre-Season Rules

Status. Soundclash is in launch phase.

- Pre-Season

• Dates: 11 November 2025 → 12 January 2026.

• Objective: Aim for a Top-3 weekly finish to earn rewards that help you build your deck for Season 1.

• Scoring: Pre-Season weeks do not count toward Season standings.

- Season 1

• Start: 12 January 2026.

• Format: Players earn points each Game Week. Weekly points accumulate toward a single Season Total per player.

• Lineup Deadline: The last Game Week in which lineups can be published runs 14–20 December 2026.
  (After this window, no additional lineups may be submitted for Season 1 scoring.)

- Winner & Prize

• Champion: At the end of Season 1, the player with the highest Season Total is declared the winner.

• Prize: An amazing prize will be awarded; full details will be announced in 2026.

 

6. General Conditions

• This contest is a game of skill, not chance.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or services.

• The app reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest if technical failures or other factors impair the integrity of the competition.
